Warranty, Repairs & Support :
As Total Net Marketing are locally owned and operated you'll get local service and support if anything should go wrong. Turnaround times on replacement and repair of faulty components are greatly reduced as all warranty repairs are carried out locally, which means that should anything go wrong, you'll have your equipment back a lot faster than if you happen to buy a packaged PC from a super store that doesn't carry out it's own warranty repairs.
Price, Quality & Value:
Total Net Marketing only uses quality components in all of our systems, which offers you reliability and longer warranty periods. Unfortunately sometimes we cannot compete with the very low prices that some of the super stores are selling their started PC's for. The reason for this is that we use more expensive reliable components, provide longer warranty periods and a after sales support service that super stores just can't seem to provide. The difference between us and a super store is after the super store has made the sale they don't want to know about you. If you have a problem setting up you new PC they can't and won't help you. Whereas we are always there for you, to anwser your questions and help you out if you need it, if you need out support you'll get it.

If you require system delivery and setup, this is charged at a flat rate of $99.00 inc GST within a 25km radius of our office. This price includes Internet setup on the provision that the service must be ready to connect at time of delivery to be included in the flat setup charge.
